Nestled on top of the hill with a view of five majestic mountain ranges is our community hospital called Central Montana Medical Center, informally known as “CMMC.” Built in 1977, our hospital helps make up the economic, employment and social fabric of the wide area we serve.
CMMC is a 25-bed critical access hospital with a 24-hour ER. We provide a full range of services from rehab, home health/hospice, in/outpatient surgical services to obstetrics, emergency, intensive care and high tech radiology services accompanied with a complete staff of specialty physicians.
CMMC’s medical staff includes a full-expertise range of active physicians. The medical offices include: Family Practice & O.B.; General Family Practice; Emergency Medicine, Radiologist, General Surgeon; Internal Medicine; and Family Nurse Practitioner.
Traveling specialty physicians visit our hospital monthly and bi-monthly to serve the needs of our patients, ranging from neurology, orthopedics; pathology, and oncology to dermatology, pain management, immunology and podiatry.
You’ll like us here. Because of our fine communities, the confidence in our neighbors, our exceptional staff and the trust in our medical professionals, we are confident we can take care of you - at home. We believe we continue the tradition of being one of the best rural hospitals in Montana.
CMMC is an important part of the economic, employment, and social fabric of the wide area we serve. We are proud to provide stability to central Montanan's by paying over $11 million in salaries, benefits and contracts to over 300 employees.
